Koetshuis ’t Bolletje is een sfeervol, vrijstaand verblijf op het opengestelde NSW-landgoed De Bol op Redichem, onderdeel van het 17e-eeuwse wandelpark ’t Rondeel. Het verblijf draagt bij aan de instandhouding en het beheer van het natuurschoon, en is beschikbaar als tijdelijke accommodatie voor wandelaars en natuurliefhebbers. Gasten kunnen het opengestelde deel van het landgoed verkennen. Basisvoorzieningen zijn aanwezig, in harmonie met rust, historie en natuurlijke omgeving.

Slaapkamer met twee bedden (los of twee-persoons), keuken, badkamer, woonkamer met houtkachel en slaap-vide met 2 persoons bed. Mooi uitzicht, rust. In de meivakantie (17 april-3 mei) en in de zomervakantie (10 juli-23 augustus) alleen langer verblijf mogelijk (met automatische korting). Graag even contact opnemen wat mogelijk is.

Estudio muy bien amueblado en la planta baja en uno de los lugares más bonitos y más céntricos de Nijmegen. Se puede caminar dentro 10 minutos al centro de la ciudad. En los alrededores se encuentran varios restaurantes. Los fascinantes colinas donde se encuentran Beek-Ubbergen, Berg en Dal, Groesbeek y Mook, son fácilmente accesible a pie o en bicicleta. El estudio es accesible para personas discapacitadas en sillas de ruedas.
