Our cozy apartment is located in the city center, on a quiet street, on the ground floor of an old stone house. It is only 3 minutes away from the Diocletian's palace and Riva promenade. Due to its amazing location, the apartment is a part of cultural heritage of Split. Ferry port, bus shuttle station, green and fish market as well as famous beach Bacvice are just minutes away! Nearest markets are just seconds away. :)

Luxury Rooms Aurum

Luxury rooms Aurum are located within the walls of the Diocletian’s palace. It’s only 30m away from the main city square Peristil. The rooms has just been renovated, it’s placed on the second floor of building. The building has the beautiful and unique roof terrace with the view on the whole Split and walls of the Diocletian’s palace., the terrace is common to all the apartments of the building.

The apartment is located in Deoklecijan's Palace in the heart of Split. Obligation of the landlord (me) to register every guest staying in the apartment in the evisitor system in order to have a legal stay in the Republic of Croatia (required by Croatian law). I ask the guests during their stay in the apartment to fill out a form so that I can register then in the evisitor.

Great place for couples, equiped with kitchen and Wi-Fi. Since I am medical worker , cleanliness and hygiene of space are at highest level.
