Includes new build roof, firepit, hammocks, picnic table, porta john, electric, water, shower, limited propane, fully functioning camper aside from the camper toilet( was ripped out and now has a private porta jon on site). Our 32ft 2019 Prowler is on 10acres in beautiful Cedar, MI. The locations offers privacy, grassy areas, concrete vehicle parking, picnic table, and fire pit. Owners live on property with one child. However, the camping site is over 600 yards away from homestead! If you have children, they will have friends to play with! If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing evening, that’s what you will get! Remember to bring bedding. The main bed is made up for you unless you are traveling with pets.

The camper is several feet from the house so you will have your own privacy. There is an outdoor hot tub and fire pit that is available for use.
