This beautiful beach house sits right by the sea with direct access to the enormous sandy beach and dunes. A great space to spread and out and relax with family and friends, it is stylishly furnished and decorated, and well equipped with everything you need! It is our family holiday house, so is comfortable and welcoming - a perfect spot for anyone who wants to getaway in a really special home from home! We can often be flexible on check-in and out times to make the most of your time by the sea!

Newly refurbished to a very high standard with fully fitted kitchen area and shower room. There is plenty of storage for luggage and the room is spacious enough to relax in after a day out visiting the beach and local area. We provide unlimited tea, coffee and a delicious selection of breakfast goodies for you to enjoy in privacy and at your leisure. We have cycle hire if required £1 a day There is an outside space which is great for a coffee or wine on a sunny day We promise you a warm welcome

Mistral Coastal Cabin - Dungeness, sleeps 2/3

Delightful, cosy holiday cabin on the shingle at Dungeness, moments from the sea, with wonderful views. A spacious modern en-suite shower room and separate living room, with small kitchen give you the option to rustle up basic meals, and a generous comfy kingsize bed (twin beds option) awaits you. There is a sofa bed for another guest/child. Spectacular views of the two lighthouses across the shingle towards the sea and only moments from one of the best pub restaurants around, The Pilot Inn!.

The Beach House

This unique place has a style all its own. Sat on the sand dunes, with uninterrupted views of the sea and direct access to Greatstone Beach. This family and dog friendly contemporary passive cube is well positioned for attractions on the South Coast. Less than 100 metres from the sea at high tide, it’s ideal for kitesurfing, paddle boarding, land yachting, canoeing and jet skiing. In the evening, retire to the decking to BBQ freshly caught local fish and enjoy watching a spectacular sunset.

Shingle Shack - Dungeness Nature Reserve

Shingle Shack overlooks & is nestled on the edge of the wonderful shingle desert of Dungeness. The Beach is a two minute walk & the Romney,Hythe & Dymchurch Railway runs past the bottom of this quirky & contemporary dwelling. Shingle Shack is a deceptively spacious detached property with large lounge,shower room,comfy bedroom, private access & parking for one car. It is perfectly situated to explore the wonderful beach's,nature reserves & quaint villages that the Romney Marsh has to offer.

Bay View

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Bay View backs onto sand dunes leading to the beautiful Greatstone beach. It has a very relaxing atmosphere with panoramic views from Dover to Dungeness. The beach is very safe for children and great for dog walking all year round. Bay View offers the perfect coastal escape for a weekend away or family break sleeping up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms. There are local shops and lots of things to do within walking distance or a short drive away.

Beautiful Dungeness house right on the beach with ever changing views of the sea all year round. The house incorporates an original train carriage and the living space is open plan. The well equipped kitchen includes a generous dining table and chairs, which also looks out across the beach. There are two double bedrooms within the carriage as well as a shower room. An ideal place to explore Dungeness as well as discovering the wider area including Rye, Folkestone and the Romney Marsh.

Our 2018 Holiday home is situated within the Romney sands Park dean holiday resort, nestled between the RSPB Dungeness nature reserve and 7 miles of golden sand. Whilst sitting on the decking you overlook the resort fishing lake and are within easy reach of the entertainment complex which provides food,a bar, mini golf, arcade, kids club, swimming pool. Open in season March - Oct. This area is a real hidden gem, somewhere to come and unwind. We love the calm relaxing atmosphere

Romney Sands Holiday Park - Sleeps 6 Modern Lodge

Family run, cherished lodge available for rent in Romney Sands. The lodge is probably on the best location on site and is located on the edge of the lake with amazing views and filled with carp, for those who love to fish. The lodge sleeps six; there's a master bedroom with a king bed and an en-suite with a toilet and shower. There is also a double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the lounge that comfortably sleeps two people. Dogs are welcome, maximum of two or message to ask.
