Quiet, off-grid camping for groups among beautiful native woodland at Berry Farm, a 20 acre holding managed for wildlife habitat value and sustainable food production. Our 'exclusive use' booking policy means never having to share space or facilities with anyone who isn't part of your group. Set in four acres of gardens, The Grove has been owned by the same family since 1936 and offers Gold Award-winning accommodation, a double AA rosette restaurant, an indoor heated swimming pool – perfect for relaxing after a stroll through Warren Woods to the clifftop and beach beyond. Our Orchard Rooms, which opened in 2012, have become very popular, as are our six self-catering cottages, five of which are lovely barn conversions. And new for 2014 – glamping on the lawns!

The Tiny House

Rustic Shepherd's hut set in its own 5 acre field. Very child and dog friendly, all welcome! The Tiny House is well insulated and with its wood burning stove is lovely and toasty during winter months. Unlimited wood available. The bathroom is located directly behind the hut, where there is a shower and a composting toilet. This is attended to daily. Rural and peaceful location but also situated close to many amenities, including delightful pubs and restaurants.

A pretty detached single storey holiday lodge, with a private garden. The lodge is cosy, self-contained and tastefully furnished. Adjacent to our property Meadow Cottage, situated right in the heart of Loddon, a small market town on the river Chet. Dogs welcome. Please note we have some low beams in the property and parking is in the Loddon Staith car park at a rate of £3 per day, free after 6pm on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
