Designated outdoor space. 10 minutes drive to the coast. 3 great pubs within 3 miles. Convenience store -2 miles. With breathtaking views, and a great location Skylark is the perfect retreat. Hobbit house located on the North Norfolk coast.

Get ready for your Hobbit experience at Bag End in the Shire. Bag End is located within one mile of the coastal path and central for the beaches of Wells, Holkham and Blakeney point. Our Hobbit house has one full size bedroom and a smaller bedroom for a little hobbit. Up to 2 extra guests can stay in the cosy seperate bedroom hut at £25pp per night. There is a seperate bathroom and washing up area with hot and cold water. The hot tub can be used for an additional charge of £65 per whole stay.

A few minutes walk along the quay into the pretty town of Wells which boasts an array of shops, cafes and restaurants & moments to the beach. You will not want to leave!

The Potting Shed is a delightful, newly renovated cosy annexe with Kingsize bed, new Vispring mattress and White Company bed linen. It has a stylish bathroom with large shower and freestanding bath. Small kitchen with hob, combination microwave, toaster, kettle, nespresso coffee machine and fridge. Two comfortable armchairs and flat screen tv. Sunny outside terrace with table and chairs. Chapel Piece North Norfolk self-contained studio

Chapel Piece offers a lovely spacious well equipped self contained studio with a self serve breakfast supplied in your own kitchen which has a microwave, full sized fridge, toaster, and a dual air fryer available on request. You have a lounging area where you can relax on your sofa of an evening. You have your own entrance to come and go as you wish coming through our lovely garden. Norwich City is 30 mins away. There are lots of great pubs in Norfolk. I always leave here feeling relaxed and refreshed.
