Guests have their own front door, and there is a private deck looking out over neighbouring farmland . The studio has a private shower room, fresh towels and sheets are provided. There is a small kitchen area with a microwave, a toaster and an air fryer. We can arrange check in and check out times to suit us both, and we are happy to advise on the local area. Please ask!

The area boasts many places to visit (including Leeds Castle), countryside walks, as well as numerous pubs.

The property is located in the middle of a working farm, with our sheep grazing the marshes and a variety of fruit grown in the orchards.
