Places close by-Goosepond, Cathedral Caverns, Cavern Cove shooting range, G'ville St. Park, zip-lines. 8x40 covered deck, patio w/firepit, gas & charcoal grills, corn hole, darts, two hot tubs, five kayaks, one canoe w/gear, and a trailer. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space as a fisherman's base camp or family retreat. A new cabin nestled in a wooded meadow 600 yards from beautiful Lake Guntersville. 2 minutes to a public boat ramp and 4 minutes to Sunrise Marina with a large ramp, parking, fuel, services, etc. A spacious living/dining/kitchen area, a full bath, 2 queen and one twin roll out bed plus a large sofa. Full size appliances, air conditioning, large front deck, gas BBQ grill, and a large 40' driveway.

Lake Shore Cabin-sleeps 6

I designed this home to have 2 separate living spaces with private entrances on opposite sides of the house. The front is the vacation rental entrance accessing the entire first/lower level. My entrance is on the back side of the property. My family owns part of Lake Shore Island located on Guntersville Lake. There are 5 houses on our property scattered over 8 acres. My home and vacation rental is about 3 football fields from the shore, up the hill, providing beautiful views of the lake.

Nivendale Cabin - at Riverview Campground

Our new hand crafted Nivendale cabin uses cedar, poplar, oak, pine and driftwood harvested from our 150+ acre lakefront property. The unique rustic mock treehouse design has a large raised deck with an outdoor tree trunk window seat. Set among massive shady trees, it is beautifully furnished. Guests can enjoy our large adjacent campground shoreline with a swimming pier, and boat launch and canoe use at no charge. Recently featured in our local paper, there is no cabin quite like this.

Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, it's perfect for family gatherings, with a beautiful kitchen open to a large dining area and cozy living room complete with gas fireplace. Plenty of covered outdoor spaces are available for lounging and dining. Enjoy badminton, cornhole, or a campfire in our spacious backyard or relax on the covered dock looking out on the main channel of Lake Guntersville.

Our second home is a mix of mid-century modern and "cabin in the woods." It sits on 2 heavily wooded acres and backs up to a mountainside with rock outcroppings. The main living area (living room, dining area, and kitchen) is raised about 4 steps, and the bedroom and bath areas are on the main level. There is one large bathroom with a shower. There is an electric fireplace surrounded by ledge stone in front of the u-shaped built-in sofa. There is abundant reading material & 2 TV's.

Mountain Lake Villa

A tiny home that is located right at the foot of Lookout Mountain and just in front of Weiss Lake. Here you are less than a mile from a public boat access. Minutes away from Cherokee Rock Village, Little River Canyon, Little River, Coosa River, and Neely Henry Lake. The home sits across the field from me and is situated with a twin home that could be rented by someone else. Yours will be the one on the left.
