Head up to the relaxation zone offering a tv and comfortable furnishings. The partially fenced yard offers green space, outdoor patio furniture and oversized jenga set.

Welcome to the Loon's Nest, a renovated lakefront bungalow w/bunkhouse that includes FREE & exclusive use of pontoon boat, 2 kayaks & dock from May through October. Situated on on 2 large lots w/private beach & expansive views of Lake Wabasis in front, as well as private pond out back filled year-round w/wildlife. Lake Wabasis is approximately 2 miles long (Kent County's biggest) w/418 acres of primarily undeveloped, protected wetlands. It's an all-sports lake w/excellent fishing year-round.
