Our second floor apartment features a private entrance with all the things you may need while you are away from home. It has a spacious living area, eat in kitchen, queen bed and 2 trundle-like twin beds. We are on the premises but not in your space at all. Available day and night should you need anything.

Within driving distance to wineries, Stratford Hall, George Washington & James Monroe's birthplace, Westmoreland State Park, and the beach town of Colonial Beach.

Pool is open from Memorial Day to early October. This country guest house is very clean with a simple design. It's conveniently located seven miles away from Short Pump where you can enjoy dining, shopping, and entertainment. You will experience a quite relaxing retreat without leaving the city. There is a twin sleeper sofa in living room. Front and back porch, wireless internet and RukuTv. 14 acre farm with walking trails, old mill and creek. Pet fee $50. No aggressive breeds including Pitbulls. All monies go toward our Horse sanctuary 501c nonprofit. Cleaning Fee is $50.
