The cottage is near the end of the lane and surrounded by nature providing privacy and tranquility. There is direct lake access, a man-made beach, and a dock. Welcome to the "Modern Fresh" is a beautiful quiet, serene one bedrm apt with direct access to the river, a boat launch & fishing next door! Gagetown also has a public swimming dock and a cute ice cream stand for yummy treats on the way back! We have Starlink high speed internet, TV, full kitchen & bath, washer&dryer, new mattresses & fresh clean linens, (see amenities). The village has; 2 restaurants a Sunday market, amazing bakery (Thursday-Saturday), leather & pottery shops!

The River Dome

Escape into nature with a stay in one of our luxury domes. Fully equipped kitchen with cookware, dishes, utensils, etc, as well as coffee and tea. Private bathroom with a toilet, shower, and essential toiletries. Two queen size beds with a loft space. The outdoor area includes a BBQ, private electric hot tub, and patio furniture. Kayaks are available during the summer months, as well as a communal fire pit. **Please note, there is a short walk down a hill to get to the dome**

My Little Oasis is a cozy little cottage on Maquapit Lake in Clark's Corner NB. 3 bedrooms that can sleep up to 6 guests. 1 bedroom with a queen sized bed and the other 2 each have a twin over double bunk beds. This cottage will serve all your vacation needs. My intention is to make My Little Oasis a place where you want to come back and share your experience with your family and friends so they can come over for a stay and experience this little piece of paradise on the lake.

Kayaks/Canoes/Paddleboards are on site for our guests to enjoy! 10 minutes from shops and restaurants in local Hampton or Quispamsis, 20 minutes to Saint John. And 40 minutes from coastal St.Martin’s and the scenic Fundy Trail.
