Bdrm 1 has a queen bed, bdrm 2 has a queen bed & a futon, bdrm 3 has 2 twin beds. New comfy bed toppers 12/24. Absolutely no smoking in our home! We are on a septic system so please be respectful of that. No food or oils down the kitchen sink (please throw everything in the trash) TP only in the toilets. No feminine products.

While you enjoy your farm stay, watch the chickens and the goats forage on our eight-acre property just five minutes from Granbury’s historic square, and two miles from the closest boat ramp. It's a wonderful place to hang out, enjoy the view and the wildlife around. We are just a short 5 minute drive into historic downtown Granbury, full of wonderful shops and dining options!
