Welcome to a beautiful 1900's holiday home that has been carefully renovated and transformed into the ideal destination for your relaxing holiday. The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It features a fully equipped kitchen. Outside of the house there is a large terrace with swimming pool. Sun loungers invite you to relax by the pool while you prepare delicious al fresco meals on the covered outdoor grill. The house also has its own gym where you can keep in shape during your vacation.

Zu Fuß kann man an den Strand (das Meer genießen), Restaurants oder Bars besuchen sowie Einkäufe erledigen. 2023 haben wir die Wohnungen mit Liebe zum Detail neu renoviert und eingerichtet. Wir haben darauf geachtet moderne & traditionelle Elemente zu verwenden um der typischen Inselarchitektur treu zu bleiben aber dennoch neue Technik einfließen zu lassen. Die Wohnungen sind voll klimatisiert & werden durch Klimadecken beheizt sowie gekühlt.

It spreads on two floors with open space kitchen, dining and living room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In the garden there is a private swimming pool, heated in April, May, June, September and October. The house is situated in the very centre of the small village of Pinezići, 700 meters from the beach.

Studio apartman Otto nalazi se u samom centru Punta udaljen samo 800 m od plaže. Ovaj klimatizirani apartman sadrži sve potrebno za obiteljski ili romantičan izlet. Gosti mogu besplatno koristiti WiFi, a u jedinici se nalaze ručnici i posteljina. Apartman se sastoji od kuhinje, blagavaonice, sobe i kupaonice, a gostima je na raspolaganju i besplatan parking. Our comfortable apartment is set in a quiet location just 50 meters from the sea. The house was renovated in 2024 and has an air conditioner. From the ground floor, there is an internal staircase leading to the first and second floors, where the bedrooms are located. There are two more apt. in the same house, you can see it in my other listing "Sea view apt. on island Cres" ( 1st. and 2nd floor). From the house you have beautiful sea view.
