Our light and airy cottage was completed in 2014 & provides a spotless rural space perfect for a couple, small families or friends to come together for a memorable stay. 5 star amenities provided, you'd think you were in a hotel in the countryside! Come and say hello to our chickens, sample their delicious eggs over a lazy breakfast. Head out for a walk in the bucolic Vale of Belvoir, maybe take in a country pub, then home to cosy up in front of the log burner with some of our home-made cake 🍰

Jasmine Villa A: Ideal for QMC & Uni/Free parking

A spacious, beautifully refurbished, three-bedroom house just a ten-minute walk from the University of Nottingham, Nottingham Tennis Centre and the QMC. The ground floor features a bright and spacious reception and dining area as well as a new fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and integrated appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, hob and oven). On the first floor, there are three double bedrooms all equipped with king-size bed and plenty of wardrobe and drawer space.

The Red Door Flat

This studio flat is in the same building like our other listing. Totally separated from main house with a modern kitchenette, a comfy double bed, a bathroom with walk-in shower and underfloor heating. Ideal for an individual or for a couple to have a nice short stay. It has a smart TV, wi-fi, central heating, micro,fridge, toaster and kettle. Has not got oven, hob, freezer, washer and dishwasher. Unfortunately not suitable for babies or children to stay. There is a roundabout almost in front.

Welcome to The Parlour @ Manor Organic Farm, a perfect relaxing self-catering retreat for two (plus we are pet friendly). This beautifully converted milking parlour, offers a quiet private space, that comes with it’s own modern bathroom, open planning kitchen living area and a spacious luxurious bedroom. It also offers a great enclosed garden space. Nestled within our Organic farm, The Parlour provides a unique getaway, surrounded by nature and walks plus great pubs within walking distance!

The Barn

The Barn is a rural retreat tucked away at the end of a quiet leafy lane in Colston Bassett in the heart of the beautiful Vale of Belvoir. Ideal for families, walkers, cyclists, gastro enthusiasts or perhaps those just looking to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside, The Barn is a brand new, hand-crafted home built by the architect owner who lives in The Old Farmhouse next door. We also welcome well behaved dogs (we just request a modest fee of £20 per dog per stay)

Enjoy a relaxing & quiet stay in our brand new studio, with a patio & free parking, all walking distance to the city centre, in the beautiful leafy sought after Park Estate. You can walk to the Nottingham castle, Theatre Royal, Nottingham Playhouse or the Motorpoint Arena, or to many pubs (incl. the Ye Old Trip to Jerusalem dated back from 1068), restaurants including the nationally acclaimed Alchemilla & Japanese Kushi-ya . Close to universities, train station and the QMC.

Welcome to my bright and airy studio with ensuite, kitchenette and small living space, within walking distance of East Midlands airport and close to Donington Park. Perfect for holidaymakers and airline staff, you'll have a separate entrance and off-road parking. Airport pick-up and drop-off can be arranged. Buses run regularly from the airport linking Loughborough, Leicester, Derby and Nottingham. Local ales and pub grub available a few minutes down the road.

Centre of the National Forest

Conveniently located for the market town of Ashby-de-la-Zouch, with it’s Castle, country walks on the door step with the added bonus of a local Public House (The Black Lion) selling a selection of real ales, across the lane. This makes this the perfect place to explore the National Forest and everything it has to offer. Charging of electric vehicles by prior arrangement only, at an additional cost. Pets, you must inform us of breed prior to booking.

Located in the heart of rural Leicestershire, our luxury glamping pods are the perfect location for a country getaway. With a permenant double bed and the option of a second pull out double bed we cater for either a couple or group of four. Self catering facilities, a fully fitted shower room, a TV and WiFi combined with an extensive network of foot paths, bridle ways and national cycle routes makes our pods the perfect hub for your country escape.

Private wing in old farmhouse, EMA Donington Park

You will be comfortable in our house, full of character. Two upstairs bedrooms, with a king size bed & Freeview TV, plus one with single (further beds on discussion); bathroom upstairs and downstairs shower room. Downstairs sitting room with Wi-Fi TV, microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge (no freezer), without a kitchen sink. Washing up service provided. This is all for your private use with your own front door, in effect a self contained unit.

Self contained annexe in the Vale of Belvoir.

Set in the Vale of Belvoir between Cropwell Bishop and Colston Bassett a self contained annex is offered. The house lies 20 minutes from the historic town of Newark, Nottingham and Melton Mowbray and is ideally placed for a day out exploring Belvoir Castle or Holme Pierrepont Country Park (a major water sport centre). The property backs onto the Grantham Canal providing excellent walks and a cycle route. A secure garage is offered for bicycles.

One-bedroom Annex in Kegworth

Located on the border of Leicestershire and Nottinghamshire, The Annex provides a little bit of tranquility whilst being handily close to East Midlands Airport, East Midlands Gateway, Donington Park and the cities of Nottingham, Derby and Leicester.
