We love all people, but due to the design of the open loft our space is unsafe for kiddos….but not grown ups! Thank you for understanding. Mountain View from bedroom window and only steps to one of California’s premiere family friendly beaches. Quick walk to world famous “the Spot” burgers but really, it’s all about the beach, it’s like so close! Walking trails in the wetlands are close too, the kids love exploring there. Carp’s got some cool restaurants too, our favorite is Teddy’s by the Sea. Partly because our dog is named Teddy but food’s pretty good too!

This is a cozy garden studio 10 minutes walk to the private beach and 10 minutes drive to Santa Barbara. It’s a great place for a retreat. The studio has a kitchenette, bathroom, comfy queen bed, and french doors opening up to a private sunny sitting area. It has a parking area and a pathway to the entrance. There are endless paths for walking or riding bikes on the beautiful More Mesa preserve, short walk from the studio.

Very clean 1BR (10x10’), 1 small BA, small LR(10x14’) and private patio! 1/2 mi from the bluffs! All essentials: microwave,smartTV, WiFi, minifridge, coffee,snacks. Very comfy beds, even sofabed, safe quiet neighborhood. One cal king bed in br+ sofabed in LR. Peaceful serene patio. Perfect for 2, ok for 3. BA is compact, with shower, toilette, sink sharing same tiled floor, but still well stocked with amenities.
