This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom PLUS casita home is nestled in 1/2 acre of beautiful garden with California Oaks, Pepper trees and Palms. Each window looks out to a beautiful garden setting. The back garden with its sunny southern exposure, is a lovely place to sit and admire the scenic views to the lower lawn and beyond to an open meadow. The private beach is a 10 to 15 minute walk from the house. The house is located near endless paths for walking on the More Mesa preserve.

Have fun with the whole family and your furry friends at this stylish pet friendly place. Located 15 minutes from downtown Santa Barbara. The Bradford comfortably sleeps 8. The backyard is made for entertainment as well as games. The full kitchen is stocked with all you need for family dinner or just a romantic dinner for two. A studio size bungalow with a full kitchen. Private deck out back and private enclosed front yard with a fire bowl. Sleeps 1-2 people. Pets okay, unless they're notorious barkers. Please note that there is a $85 pet fee for your pets stay. Many great restaurants, and a natural grocery store (Lazy Acres) .
