The Cottage is separated from the main house by lawn . It is spacious and open plan, surrounded by orchards and farmland. Enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside. There is a private deck to enjoy a glass of Wine.Good Wi-Fi. The cottage is well appointed with an ensuite bathroom and kitchenette. You will be the only guests It is a 30.Min. drive to Motueka, or 50 minutes to Nelson. Abel Tasman, Kahurangi and Nelson Lakes National parks are easy to reach,it is on the great taste bike trail.

This is a brand new apartment on the lower level of our own house, you access down stairs in front of you as you come in gate . Private hill location in a quiet street. Separate entry, over night off street car parking in an enclosed yard , it has a kitchen with full sized fridge , dishwasher ,microwave, bench top cook plate , toaster, jug etc, one bedroom- queens size bed, a large lounge . Karaka studio is on the very edge of the Waimea Inlet with water twenty metres from your front door. Lie in bed and watch the tide come in. We are a private estuary island (Manuka Island) but we have drive on access at all times, 25 minutes to Nelson and Motueka. Rabbit Island beach(4km) and Taste Nelson Cycle Trail is a km from our gate. We are central to vineyards, cafes, 3/4 hour to Abel Tasman National park. We have amazing sea, rural , and mountain views. Total privacy assured.

Owners live on property There is a wooden deck with outdoor furniture & bbque. $15 fee will be incurred should an EV be charged at our cottage .

St Arnaud is a peaceful alpine village. Excellent location for lake activities, bush walks, adventurous tramping expeditions, mountain biking and accessing Rainbow Ski Field. The Bach is located within an easy 8 minute walking distance to the shop & petrol station, 12 minutes walk to the lake and 14 minutes walk to the Nelson Lakes DOC Visitor Centre. Spend time walking, biking, boating or skiing. Then relax in the calm, cosiness of the Bach.
