Located in a quiet, access controlled cul de sac this upstairs maisonette has spectacular views from the outside deck. This is an upstairs unit above the main house, with 13 steps walk up access. The private entrance with allocated parking, gives you privacy and peace of mind. The ensuite bathroom has access to a very spacious and comfortable bedroom with a queen sized bed. There is a separate open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area. The lounge has a sleeper couch for the kids.

Our home is situated in a peaceful yet central part of Durban, in Glenwood near the university and hospitals, hence a suitable location for medical interns. Grocery stores, coffee shops, art galleries, and parks are also nearby. The free-standing cottage is self-catering with access to the washing machine making it popular with longer stay guests. Most of our guests get around by Uber but if bringing a car, please let us know beforehand to confirm parking availability.

The cottage is situated close to UKZN (1.4km), DUT (3km), St Augustine’s Hospital (900m), LifeHealth Entabeni Hospital (1km) and King Edward VIII Hospital (3.8 km). Popular restaurants, coffee shops, yoga studios and the artisanal Glenwood Bakery are nearby.
