You will find fruit trees, grapes, a garden and chickens. The chickens roam the property during the day. You may hear a rooster in the AM. There is a covered patio and fire pit to enjoy the evenings in Chico. If you like to cook outdoors there is a gas BBQ & pellet grill/smoker. It is 1.8 miles from Chico State and Downtown.

There is a full kitchen, wifi, pool table, two TVs with full cable, and plenty of parking, as well as access to the unheated swimming pool during the swimming season (April - Oct).
