This unique custom-built cottage is a Lord of the Rings hot spot! 5 minute drive from historic downtown, Near Three Peaks recreation area. This is a safe, cozy spot to rest from your adventures. A is the top unit & B is the lower unit and it's a studio style floor plan. Each unit has a washer, dryer, fridge and more great amenities. Each unit has it's own separate entrance and parking. It is beautifully decorated modern/ industrial style. It's has great views of mountains and is in a great location near Bryce, Zion, Grand canyon, Bryce Canyon & Lake Powell.

You will see the love they spent in every inch of this precious country cottage. The cottage has 1 king bed 1 bathroom and easy parking. Perfect for a couple nights stay next to the majestic zion 17 miles, 50 to bryce, 90 to antelope point. Orderville is a very small town, this awesome cottage is located on the main hwy 89 drag!

The Little Rock house is 950 SQ FT house equipped with 1 Bedroom containing a King size bed, flat screen smart TV, a bathroom with tile shower, sink and toilet. It has a living space with 2 couches/2 chairs and another flat screen TV. The kitchen has an electric range stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, sink, coffee maker, toaster. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Both bedroom /living room have heater/ac units. Charcoal/ propane BBQ Grills. 4 chairs and counter for dining
