Kelpies Cottage is a cosy two-bed bungalow in Glentrool, the only village in Galloway Forest Dark Skies Park. It's a beautiful, peaceful, rural location. You can expect awesome starry skies, and if you're lucky, maybe even the Aurora. Glentrool is all about the outdoors, with plenty of biking, wild swimming and walking nearby. We are right in the heart of the stunning Galloway Forest and part of the UNESCO designated Biosphere, with trees, streams, lochs and mountains right on the doorstep.

St John’s Flat is an extremely spacious ground floor flat located in the heart of the beautiful rural village of St John’s Town of Dalry. After your adventures exploring all Dumfries & Galloway has to offer this is a perfect place to rest and recover. 3 ensuite bedrooms, 2 are family rooms 1 containing a double bed and a single bed, the second contains a double and 2 singles. The 3rd smaller bedroom contains a single bed. There is also kitchen/dining facilities as well as a TV area in an open plan layout.

Oak Tree Hut

Unfortunately no dogs/children/infants are allowed. Oak Tree Hut is situated on our working sheep farm in Dumfries and Galloway. The views from the hut looks over St John’s Town of Dalry and up onto the Rhinns of Kells. Lie in bed watching the sunrise and sit on the verandah or soak in the outside bath while watching the sunset. Watch the bird life and livestock peacefully fly and amble by. The hut has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and memorable.
