Bedroom is completely private and faces the back yard with private entrance. Host lives onsite, but bedroom is closed off from the flat. 5 blocks from Glen Park BART Station. Street parking is easy- you can park all day long. Street cleaning is every other week and on different sides of the street.

However, there are shared areas in our listing including our home's front door, basement/office, and backyard.
