Hiking, biking, or skiing are right outside the front door! The building is typically very quiet, making it great for families or travelers seeking a peaceful reprieve in the great little town of Girdwood. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene location. Perfect for that couples or family ski weekend get away. It’s a comfortable walk to the ski hill about 3 blocks. Two story chalet with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and one bathroom on main level and tv and games area up in the loft. In the basement of the chalet there is a mother-in-law apartment that has a seperate exterior entrance and is occasionally occupied by the owner.
