Cottage is located directly across the street from Yankee's Bar & Grill where you can sit on the front porch and enjoy live music 7 days a week during prime season. It is steps from Joe's Place, Goblin Custom Cycle, and Firehouse Winery. Stay at this cozy cottage with ample parking which is minutes from Geneva State Park & Marina. Go to the beach, go fishing, rent a golf cart, or just walk the strip and eat, drink, or shop!

Fully remodeled in 2023 LemonDrop Cottage is a Lake-Front property, with direct access to Lake Erie. Lake viewable from Kitchen or Bedroom windows. Mar-2023 all New Windows, Bathroom doubled (2x) in size, new 12K AC. 2021-Hickory hardwood floors,, shower, hot water heater, oven, kitchen table/chairs, king size mattress, sofa-bed, BBQ grill (propane provided), and fire pit with wood provided. Dreaming Tree Cottage, our recently updated home is located in a private community, Mapleton Beach, offering a lakeview & beach access perfect for your getaway. It is located near the heart of wine country and in the middle of the GOTL strip. While a few wineries and a brewery are walkable, many other wineries are a 15-20 minute drive away. It is easy to access ride services such as Uber/Lyft. There is also a wine shuttle we recommend that can be pre-booked by the Lodge + Conference Center.

Newly renovated 1 BDR cottage with fully equipped kitchen, within a short walk to all GOTL has to offer. "Da Lake" is 1 of 3 cottages on our mostly private slice of GOTL. Wake up, grab a cup of coffee, enjoy the morning sun through the large sliding glass door or outside on the patio. Catch a shuttle at The Lodge to visit wineries or a gorgeous sunset at the lakefront trail. Just a short walk to the famous "Strip" but away from the noise. Relax, refresh, and just have fun @ "Da Lake."

Welcome to the Sunset Cabin! 1 bedroom, 1 bath getaway located next to Saybrook Park in a cabin community. Beautiful lake view and wonderful sunsets. Only a 5 minute drive to Geneva-on-the-Lake, a 7 minute drive to historic Ashtabula Harbor and a 15 minute drive to Spire Institute. Local wineries. 32" TV with wifi. There is a window air conditioner in the bedroom! Walkway down to lakeshore. 21 and over please. No smoking and no pets! Community gazebos with a fire pit! Laundry facilities.

This beautiful guest house is located on the property of Vincent William Wine Restaurant, Inn, and Wine Bar in Grand River Valley Wine Region. With a beach, close proximity to many area Wineries, Geneva on the lake, and other tourist attractions, the Guest House is the most ideal place for all your getaway fun. kayaks are also available upon request.
