It's a cozy vacation home that can comfortably accommodate up to 7 people. The house has a panoramic view over the infinite blue of the Aegean Sea. Our home is ideally located if you are seeking to relax and discover the island of Andros. It’s located in a peaceful spot in the area of Agios Petros that is only 6 minutes away from some of the most beautiful beaches and the port of Gavrio. We are always glad to assist our guests so that they can explore the little gems of the island.

The apartment is only 90 meters from Batsi beach which means 2 minutes walking distance! It is comprised of the whole of the first floor of a two story building whose ground floor is under construction. It has a separate, private entrance, 3 balconies, 3 bedrooms and access to the terrace/rooftop. It is ideal for: Groups or couples who want to spend relaxing holidays without having a vehicle and also travellers who need a base from where they can explore the island with their vehicle.

This cozy guest house is located near all the popular beaches of the wider area and the village of Saint Peter as well (car needed). Είναι μία νεόχτιστη μεζονέτα 60 τ.μ. όπου στο ισόγειο είναι κουζίνα, σαλόνι και τραπεζαρία και στον 1 όροφο είναι η κρεβατοκάμαρα και το μπάνιο. Έχει εκπληκτική θέα στην παραλία του Αγ. Πέτρου και από τις δύο βεράντες του(κρεβατοκάμαρα & σαλονιού). Είναι μόλις 3 χιλιόμετρα από το λιμάνι και 500μ. από τον επαρχιακό δρόμο. Η παραλία Αγ. Πέτρου βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 500μ απο την οικία και επί της περιοχής υπάρχουν ταβερνάκια και πρατήριο άρτου.

It is located next to the beach of Neiporio of Chora, within walking distance (10 minutes walk) from the city center. In the same building is Roula's suites 1 which can accommodate up to 5 people. Το σπίτι μας βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, μόλις 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο του Μπατσίου. Προσφέρει απεριόριστη θέα στη θάλασσα, στο Μπατσί και στο ηλιοβασίλεμα, καθώς βρίσκεται στο δεύτερο όροφο του κτηρίου. Είναι κατάλληλο για ζευγάρια, οικογένειες και παρέες.
