Unwind in this beautifully restored Grade II listed, 17th Century farmers cottage with exposed beams, original ironwork, underfloor heating and a soothing log burning hot tub. Opposite you'll find a cosy, dog-friendly village pub with open fires. You’ll be 7 minutes away from artisanal food producers in the market town of Malton (known as Yorkshire's Food Capital) and ideally located for exploring the Yorkshire Wolds (2 miles), Howardian Hills (10 miles), York (17 miles) & Beaches (27 miles).

With its intriguing glass topped well in the floor of the main living area. the Lodge offers a king size double bed (5ft width) which can also be made into 2 single beds if required. There is also a sofa bed and travel cot if required.

Set in a secluded spot, this cosy hut offers peace, nature, and stunning paddock views—just a 10-min walk to the village. Soak under the stars in the outdoor bath or toast marshmallows by the fire pit. Inside, there’s a comfy double bed, log burner (starter logs included), bathroom, kitchen & seating. Off-grid but with a plumbed shower! No mains electric—solar only. A cool box is provided instead of a fridge, plus fluffy dressing gowns & towels for extra comfort.

Relax and unwind in the newly refurbished one bed Irishman's Cottage. The cottage retains many old features and is surrounded by the rolling hills of the Yorkshire Wolds. The living space is open plan with ample space for a couples retreat or family break away. In the summer months dine al fresco and enjoy a BBQ on the private patio besides the wood burning hot tub. A short walk away is our private lake, where you might catch site of a resting deer or hare!

Including Scarborough, Bridlington, Filey, Whitby, also york,Malton , Beverly, Yorkshire moors, and RSPB bempton cliffs. Spend your days walking on the beach or moors and wolds, then enjoy a drink at our village pub, then back to the cottage to sit by the log burner.
