No full kitchen (no cooker but microwave, toaster, kettle and mini-fridge provided). Property is part of a larger property and is situated on first floor with its own private entrance. No lift.

The Loft at Canbyfield, is a newly converted, self-contained, first-floor studio apartment and is located on an arable and livestock farm between the villages of Seagrave and Sileby. It enjoys a tranquil, rural setting where guests can enjoy watching and listening to a variety of wildlife and farming activities. Tiny House Trailer by quiet river

Designed and built by me and my sons and grandson in 2016, this Tiny House Trailer overlooks the River Wreake and the grazing pastures beyond. It has a long double bunk bed with a generous single bed beneath. It has a deck over Composting toilet just outside, plus a conventional toilet and shower close by. Camp kitchen available 10 metres away, with basic cooking facilities. We have recently added 240v power for lights and a fan heater but you can still use the 12v lights and the wood stove

The Den self-contained annex.

The Den is a self- contained annex, which is very comfortable for 4 guests. It will provide everything you need for a short or long stay in Melton Mowbray. We provide tea, coffee, bread, milk etc. The property has a fitted kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer. An open living space leads to two bedrooms with king size beds, & a bathroom with a walk in shower. There is parking for two cars on the drive and plenty of on street parking. Check in is from 3pm, & check out is by 10am.

Kick back and relax in this Cosy Cottage, own Garden with Fire Pit and outdoor furniture. 2 bedrooms, 1 double bed, 2 single beds that can join together to make a comfy double bed. Spacious Living Room withTV, Wifi and open fire place. Modern Kitchen with appliance like washing machine and fridge and Freezer. In Walking Distance to two Friendly pubs, a lovely Indian restaurant and lovely cafe a 2 minute walk. Surrounded by a lovely village featuring lots of walking paths and a Brooke.

Drift View Shepherds Hut

Welcome to Drift View, lovingly designed and built by ourselves and set on our family farm close to the Rutland/Leicestershire border. The hut is positioned in a private and secluded orchard, next to the farmyard and offers stunning views of the rural landscape. You can experience the peace and tranquillity the location provides whilst enjoying the luxury of the shepherds hut which has an en-suite with shower, fully equipped kitchen, double bed and both indoor/outdoor dining areas.

Lord Monty Foxton is your host at his holiday pod, Coplow, where he resides to escape fox hunters. His countryside retreat is full to the brim of quirky decor and artefacts from his travels around the world. The eclectic pod is a feast for the eyes and a celebration of all things eccentric. At the end of the day Lord Foxton loves nothing more than a relaxing soak in his wood fired hot tub and you’re invited to join him for this luxurious experience.

Flaxlands Farm Shepherd’s Hut and wood fired hot tub is set in its own three acres of meadow and woodland on a working farm in the rolling countryside of Leicestershire. It’s very unique and we think it’s beautiful with its hammocks in the woods,& large pond ….did we mention the gorgeous wood fired hot tub!❤️ Only one shepherds hut is located in the field so you have total privacy

Cosy cottage in peaceful location

Ivy Cottage is a former stable and is full of character. It has recently been fully refurbished but retains the charm of the countryside with ceiling beams and a beautiful brickwork wall. Thrussington is a beautiful village with a charming pub and a village store and tearoom. It’s popular with walkers and cyclists and the cottage is in a lovely quiet location.

Private Annex near Melton Mowbray

Hose Lodge is a traditional farmhouse in the tranquil vale of Belvoir. Outside there are farm buildings and stables, paddocks and an orchard together with formal gardens round the house. It is in a secluded location with great views. The annex is a separate unit to allow privacy and convenience to our guests.
