Ein schöner Garten, der private Balkon der Ferienwohnung und die Gemeinschaftssauna laden zum Entspannen und Erholen ein. Unser Haus mit familiärer Atmosphäre und herrlichen freien Bergblick liegt im Grünen und dennoch zentral, nur 200 m von der neuen Spieljochbahn und nur 5-10 Gehminuten vom Dorfzentrum entfernt.

Urlaub auf dem Bauernhof in 1098m Höhe

Die Ferienwohnung liegt auf einem kleinen Plateau auf 1098 Meter auf der Sonnenseite des Zillertals. Super Aussicht ins Zillertal. Das ganze Hause wurde 2010 neu gebaut. Ruhige Lage, Bauernhof mit Ziegen, Alpacas, Spielplatz, viele Wanderwege, Fahrrad fahren oder einfach nur die schöne Aussicht genießen. Im Winter Teller rutschen, Rodeln, Touren gehen, Schneeschuhwanderungen. Wir haben über 50 Bienenvölker auf unseren Ländereien, sowie viele Imkereiprodukte mit Verkostung.

Die Skigebiete Hochzillertal, Spieljoch und Hochfügen sind von uns aus bequem mit dem Skibus zu erreichen. Im Sommer sind wir idealer Ausgangspunkt für Bike- oder Klettertouren. Golfspieler können von uns aus zu Fuß den ersten Abschlag des Golfplatzes Uderns erreichen. Wer lieber den Wassersport mag, dem bietet der Achensee ein vielseitiges Programm!

Die Zillertalerin - das neue Apartmenthaus mit acht Wohneinheiten im Herzen von Uderns/Tirol. Gehören Sie zu unseren allerersten Gästen! Heimat, Herz und Gemütlichkeit. Mit dem Duft und der Atmosphäre natürlicher Materialien heißt die Zillertalerin Sie willkommen. Jedes der Apartments verfügt über ein Doppelbett und ein ausziehbares Schlafsofa. Somit können vier Personen übernachten (Preis für 3. und und 4. erwachsene Person 25 € / Nacht).

It is ideal for groups or families, as it offers space for up to 12 people on 165 m2. 1 bathroom with shower, bathtub, bidet and WC, additional bathroom with WC The apartment has two balconies. There are 4 separate bedrooms available. There are also 2 sleeping alcoves. The eat-in kitchen is equipped with a corner bench, a dining table and TV. The bus stops are right outside the door.

Unser Bungalow ist 57m² groß und verfügt über 2 DZ, einem Bad und einer Wohnküche. Die Küche mit Essbereich ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Wohnzimmer bietet zusätzlich Platz für 2 Personen auf dem Schlafsofa. Eine kleine Terrasse rundet die Gemütlichkeit unseres Hauses ab. Parken können Sie vorm Haus im Carport mit Abstellraum für Ski, Skischuhe, Rodeln, Fahrräder und alles was im Wohnraum keinen Platz findet.
