This centrally-located 2-bedroom condo in the Avondale neighborhood is close to downtown but still quiet. You're a short walk to multiple neighborhood favorites (Avondale Wine & Cheese, Pearlz Oyster Bar, Gene's Hofbrauhaus and Triangle Char and Bar). Or a short 6 minute drive/Uber to King Street if you want the Southern Charm experience. It's just a clean, comfy spot surrounded by nature smack dab in the middle of all Charleston has to offer (12min to downtown, 10min to Park Circle, 20-35min to beaches).
