Amazing Mountain Views - Peaceful Close to Village

Wake to stunning mountain views from bed at Gentle Presence Cottages! This Cottage offers self-catering for 6 and has been lovingly decorated using a mixture of antiques and modern furnishings to make guests feel right at home. Built in the 1900’s as stables, this Cottage is one of the oldest buildings in Clarens and it's thought that farmers would arrive by ox-wagon before sharing Nagmaal (Holy Communion). There are 2 Cottages on the premises, set apart and with own entrances for privacy.

Waterfall River Lodge

This is a unique, comfortable, fully kitted, self-catering house sleeping 8/10 people. Hidden in a quiet corner of our working farm it overlooks a pristine section of the Wilge River, with the famous waterfall and Nelson's Kop mountain providing spectacular scenery. Guests will be able to enjoy absolute peace, uninterrupted views and walks in almost every direction. Please note that the property is remote and the last 200m of the access road will require a high clearance vehicle.

A beautiful cottage surrounded by peach trees and mountains - is situated in a secluded corner of Clarens, Free State, South Africa. Peach Trees offers accommodation for two people in quiet surroundings, amazing views, while being close to the village centre. The ideal place for a stay over on your way to your holiday destination only 7km from the N1 near Bloemfontein. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay in the fully equipped self catering little house. The enclosed yard will secure your children. With a solar system and battery backup load shedding does not exist in our frame of mind. Admire the sunset while sitting around the fire pit and if you are lucky you will see some game in the game camp.
