Hyggelig villa centralt placeret i Dragør. Villaen er beliggende tæt på både vand, by, offentlig transport, Københavns Lufthavn og København Centrum. Villaens hjerte, som er køkken-alrummet, er nyrenoveret og med direkte udgang og udkig til husets rummelige have. Villaen rummer 4 sovepladser fordelt i to værelser (se fotos af daybed). Der er mulighed for at medbringe madrasser til husets sidste værelse eller telt til haven. Haven indeholder stenterasse hvor bl.a. en gasgrill er placeret.

Spacious and cosy family villa close to everything

Large spacious childrenfriendly villa with magnificent garden situated in a quiet charming nabourhood. Perfect for big families with play opportunities for children (our children are 10 and 14). Our favorite spot is the huge terrace and outdoorkitchen where we make barbecue dinners. The house has 5 large bedrooms and is 5 minutes walk to the metro and the center of vanløse, where you will find plenty of shopping and restaurant opportunities. You can get to the center of Copenhagen in 15 min.

Small house, great location for airport/beach/city

Charming small house (Villa) in Copenhagen with two bedrooms, lounge/dining room, small bathroom and kitchen, making it ideal for a longer stay and adventure in Copenhagen. Fast WiFi, free parking, close to transport links and bicycles are available to hire. Great place to relax, close to Amager Beach Park with central Copenhagen within 25 minutes commute. Visit the Blue Planet Aquarium or take a plunge in Kastrup Søbad. Netto and Lidl supermarkets are 5 minutes walk for any groceries you need.

Beach house - near to train to Copenhagen.

Lovely newer house very close to good child-friendly sandy beach, close to cafes and restaurants, harbor, big shopping center and only 10 minutes walk to Hundige station, with train every 10 min. It takes approx. 15 min. to Copenhagen C. There is private parking for 3 cars. There is plenty of space - both inside and out - and a lovely large terrace, with plenty of garden furniture and a weber gas grill. Are you fond sailing, there is a combined canoe / kayak that seats 2 people (see picture).

Large family friendly villa close to Copenhagen

Our House is very cosy and we are sure you will feel at home. There is plenty of space with 225 m2 in the house + another 100 in the basement. We have four kids so there are also plenty of toys to play with. We have a big terrace, a grill and a nice private garden. The place is very central in Lyngby overlooking the park of Sorgenfri Castle. It is only 10 min walk to Lyngby and 15 min drive to Copenhagen or you can take the train to the city. The large charming house has 300m^2 and is perfect for one or two families or friends visiting Copenhagen. 2 large living rooms, 5 bedrooms with 11 beds, 2 toilets and a lovely garden. The space 7 min by car and 20 by bus or train to the city center. The garden has a large trampoline, toys, a BBQ and a large terrace in the sun for relaxing. Huset er meget unikt med et stort gårdmiljø (atrium på 32 kvadratmeter) i midten af huset til hvilket der er kig fra mange af husets rum. Der er kælet for alle detaljer i hele huset - Både udvendigt og indvendigt og der er truffet nogle modige og anderledes valg i forbindelse med opførelsen af huset i 2018. Dette hus skal opleves.
