There are 3 acres of land to roam on and the views from the land are stunning! The lounge has north facing high angled windows allowing all day sun and provides stunning views of the hills beyond and the gorgeous Central Otago landscape. From the west sliding doors and the built in window seat you have stunning views of the Remarkables. The Queenstown trail is right outside your door so it is a fabulous location for walking and biking. Come and stay and see for yourself!

This ground-level flat is compact and quaint and has all the conveniences required for a great holiday. Good WiFi, warm, quality linens and beds, Dish-drawer, Washing machine/Dryer, Nespresso pod coffee machine. BBQ deck. Lake and mountain views. Some pantry basics - this is not a 'serviced apartment', but coffee pods, oil, spices etc for the first few days.

This was a labour of love by a retired builder who used recycled materials to create a home with real character and charm. Modernised with style, it's a wonderful holiday home, summer and winter, still owned by the family of the builder. Even somewhere as beautiful as Queenstown, guests often prefer just to stay in.
