The pool is kept cool and refreshing Memorial Day through Labor Day. Pool is closed 10/1-12/20/24 This is a 2 bedroom unit with a queen pullout couch. 10 min drive to Sunday River. 5 min from Sunday River Brewing. 5 minutes from Grafton Notch State Park. Plenty of on-site parking.
