Guests can walk two doors down to Ferguson Motors Coffee shop for coffee, food, beer, wine and events. Suite 90 is the perfect backdrop to your desert retreat or a great base camp for a west Texas adventure!

This sits on an acre property with another 5 room unit. The people on the property are mostly workers from out of town who need a quick stop, a week to find an apartment, or month to month stays. The bed size is Queen. The door has a code lock to checkin at your convenience. Part of the road is unpaved and shown in a picture. Please take this fact into consideration before booking. I cannot pave the road as it does not belong to me.
