Hello, we are a married couple with a family renting our full 1/1 downstairs with a kitchen. We are family and kid friendly! We do live on the upstairs floor so you will hear footsteps sometimes. The unit is completely separate with 3 private doors for you to come in and out. Step out and enjoy your privacy with the -500 Ft Pier, Boat House, hot tub, Grill and fire pit! - Hot tub for up to 5 people, with LED lights and control your own water temperature. - We are always available for questions!

Charming Beachside Studio Ft Morgan/Gulf Shores

Our studio condo is located at Gulf Shores Plantation Resort Conference Center. The resort has several pools, a hot tub, tennis courts, basketball courts, and many other amenities. We are located on ground level very close to one of the pools. Please message with any questions prior to booking. We’d love to have you! SORRY, NO PETS. (Resort does not permit them) PLEASE NOTE THAT PARKING IS NO LONGER INCLUDED IN FEES. GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO PURCHASE SEPARATELY ONLINE THROUGH A DIFFERENT VENDOR.

Our condo is great unit for a family, couples, or a much needed get-a-way destination. There are many amenities offered and you are a few short steps to the beach. Amenities including an elevator, 4 pools (1 heated in winter) kiddie pool, snack bar, tennis & shuffleboard, BBQ, covered parking! The condo is 616 sq ft. Come enjoy our cottage by the sea the BeachBum! Stay well and away from crowds while still enjoying your beach get away. Located in beautiful Morgantown neighborhood which includes 3 private beach access boardwalks and 1 public beach boardwalk. Also we have a golf cart parking area by one boardwalk and parking area by public board walk. Cook in our well stocked kitchen. Enjoy those beautiful sunsets. Nature trails , marina close by, wildlife. Short walk to beach on roads with little traffic.

We'd love for you to come to our beloved little house, because anyone who adores a Gulf Coast barrier island is in our tribe. You can even bring your dog! There's a shady fenced yard for him to play in.
