The apartment is located in Feldmeilen, directly on Lake Zurich with a balcony and great lake view. Right across the street there is a small park with beautiful views over lake Zurich and the possibility to take a swim in summer. The apartment is 20 minutes from Zurich downtown by train. The train station is 5 minutes by foot. A restaurant and grocery stores are 3 minutes by foot. It is a quiet residential building and we ask you to be quiet from 10pm - 7am.

Enjoy your stay at the heart of Zurich in the this sought after district by locals. My apartment is available when I am travelling. I am living there all year long so I guarantee you'll feel at home and have a fully functional and equipped flat for your stay. The appartment is very bright and I hope you'll enjoy the sunny balcony, watching a film in the wall mounted TV and a nice sleep on hotel quality bed. You'll be able surrounded by my aquariums.

A home away from home1

I live in a 4 1/2-room apartment in a quiet (normally), clean and safe suburb of Zurich. on the second (feels like third) floor with balcony, no elevator. Easily reachable by public transportation (every 15 minutes by day and 30 minutes in the evening). Night trains on Friday and Saturday. About 30 Minutes from the main station (if you follow the instructions and already have a tricket!). About 10 minutes to walk from public transportation.

Steps away from nice forrest and amazing landscapes, couple of steps away from public transport. 20 minutes to city center and lake. The proximity to the lake (5 minutes on foot) and the city (10 minutes) makes it an attractive starting point for excursions and business. This new modern studio has one bed (1,40m), TV, free Wifi, kitchen, closed bathroom and is very close to Zurich (only 30min with the train). You have only 3min to walk to the train station.
