It is located on 9 scenic acres that offers trees with hooting owls nestled in them, a tall bluff that meanders down to a long boardwalk that takes you through a cypress forest that ends at the Satilla River. At the river you can relax, watch nature or read a book. We are a quick drive to great fishing.

Private River House House nest on a private part of the St Mary's River with dock. House is close to the Florida and Georgia just minutes from Jacksonville, Hilliard, Folkston, Brunswick, Jekyll Island, St Simons Island, St Marys, and Cumberland Island. The river runs between Florida and Georgia just a swim or paddle boat away. Boat ramps are in the area like Temple Landing and Kings Ferry just minutes away. Warp around porch over looking the River. Downstairs entertainment area offers shade.

Home Away From Home Hot Tub + Arcade

There is so much to love about this charming little house! It was built in 1905 and has many original features such as 11ft ceilings, hardwood floors and multiple built in fireplaces. Yet it also has a few modern day updates such as the fully stocked, island kitchen; the best of both worlds! You can enjoy your morning coffee in the rocking chairs on the front porch and grill dinner under the string lights on the back deck where we have a cute, fenced in back yard! Just make yourself at home!

There’s a wood burning fire pit as well. Theres a community park directly across the street with walking paths and a skate park for the kids. Plenty of local shopping and restaurants near by. Very close to I95. A short drive to beaches. Fernandina beach is 30 mins.

The Cabin at The Old Parrott Place is ideal for one or two people to stay overnight or for a week. It's rustic, but clean and comfortable, has a king bed, a claw-foot tub, an outdoor shower, a microwave, toaster, small fridge and complementary coffee and tea. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The neighborhood is small and quiet. The backyard backs up to 4 Creeks Management Area (lots of woods). The backyard is fenced to provide privacy. The pool has night time lighting if you want to enjoy a night swim. If you enjoy bird watching you will love watching the birds out the window in the living room. The hummingbirds love to visit.

Driving down you will be welcomed by the beautiful mossy 100+ year oaks that are as well all over the property, sit down by the emerald green pond and enjoy the fresh air. Pool is off limits. Just come and pet the Donkeys ( Chloe and Clementine) mother and daughter duo that love attention.
