The house has approximately 130 meters distance from Loutsa beach (5 min walking or 1 min by car) and it is also near Finikounda (about 1,5 km 3-5 min by car or 15 min walking). There is also a terrace outside with shade and sea view. Parking place. Not suitable for disable people since there are steps.

Open your door and you will probably see a sailboat or a yacht docked right in the main bay. There is a TV in the main bedroom and a Smart TV in the living room. There are also three AC's for your individual preferences.
