This is an entire house, minus one bedroom/bathroom that’s rented separately. It has no access inside. Two different private front doors. No shared spaces. You will have 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, dining, living, and laundry rooms to yourself. Please be courteous & respectful of noise at front door and living room. Condo is right next to Doak Campbell Stadium. Walk to the stadium, sports fields and courts, FSU circus, and more. Walking distance to Gaines St District and College Town with all the bars and restaurants you'll ever need. TV has most apps pre-loaded (Hulu, Netflix, etc.) and you can log into your own streaming accounts. There is no cable television, only the apps you sign into with your own account. This is a gated complex and occupant will have one assigned parking space during their stay.
