There will always be a friendly welcome at Cwt Blawd, a cosy and stylish retreat on the hillside, overlooking the Clwydian Range. The historic market town of Ruthin is a mile away and holds a wealth of history with it's castle, and beautiful buildings. Ruthin has numerous restaurants, pubs and take-aways (which includes deliveries). North Wales attractions are accessible by car with Snowdon and Zip World only 1 hr drive away. Walks and cycle paths are plentiful in the surrounding area.

Llys Onnen - North Wales Holiday Cottage

Llys Onnen is located near the village of Graianrhyd in North Wales. The cottage is set within 3 acres of land & is home to our Chickens. Visitors are welcome to help themselves to fresh eggs every day as well as let their dog(s) play in the large 2-acre field! The nearest pub is the Rose & Crown, just a 10 min walk away & serves wonderful real ales and has a roaring fire! There's a selection of basket meals at weekends. There’s ample parking including an electric vehicle (EV) charging point.

The cottage is ideally placed for walking holidays. It benefits from a secluded patio and garden with unrivalled views across the Clwydian Valley. It has been recently renovated and sleeps two people in one open plan space so, is ideal for couples or friends alike. It has a modern kitchen and en suite shower room. There is facility to store and dry wet gear. A short walk to the Dinorben Arms. Close to the Offa’s Dyke trail. Airbnb have changed how they collect fees. Prices haven’t gone up.

Our cosy and self contained Glamping Pod is the perfect retreat for couples or, on request, a family with young children, situated on the edge of the Farm with breath taking views of the Welsh Hills by day and beautiful sunsets in the evening. Perfect for romantic getaways or an escape to the countryside. Chester Zoo, Wrexham AFC and both Bangor-on-Dee & Chester Racecourses are all within easy reach. Our pod has underfloor heating, making it perfect for getaways throughout the year.

A quaint cottage, at Aston Hill Farm, Ewloe

This is a newly refurbished cottage, which was originally a farm workers cottage, on a dairy farm. It’s quaint and very nicely finished. The log burner makes the sitting room very cosy. The cottage is attached to a stable block, and forms a u-shape of out-buildings, including our carpentry workshop. The main farmhouse is close by, but separate. We have large gardens, which guest are welcome to use, including a barbecue and pizza oven. Rural location, but close to lots of amenities.

The Wonder Wagon, a custom built bolthole on an old wagon chassis, has found a special place to park up for a final time here at Trelan Farm in beautiful Cilcain, North Wales. Inside the open plan layout has a stylish, kitchen/diner area and a cosy bedroom & ensuite. The French doors open out on to the decking with breath-taking views of Moel Famau, the farm & of course, your own private outdoor bath tub. Adults only. No children, babies or dogs.

One of three beautiful craftsman built shepherds huts, Hicks Hut is situated in its own peaceful wildflower meadow The shepherd's hut has a wood burner for cosy warmth and is a great way to have a romantic fire lit evening! The hut has its own en-suite shower and loo. During spring and summer the beautiful blooms of wildflowers attract lots colourful butterflies and pollinating insects. The hum of the wild life and the gentle trickle of the stream alongside creates a relaxing stay.

Located at the end of a quiet country lane Hut Haf is a beautiful OFFGRID shepherds hut in stunning north wales countryside. Lovely views and walks. Plenty of country pubs with good food. Well behaved Dogs and horses (additional charge) welcome but please let me know.
