Nestled on 15 spacious acres, with the Goose River flowing through the back of the property. You truly have to experience a stay here to grasp how unique it is. Take in both nature and small town living, while appreciating the tranquility it offers.

Unique Train Depot Experience

Visit our historic 1890 train depot. It is an opportunity to enjoy a get away from city life. Our hope is that this is a place people can relax and enjoy natures beauty. The depot has 2 extraordinary rooms that are completely private but located on our farmstead separate from our main house. Here you can view occasional wildlife, our domestic animals and one of the best views North Dakota has to offer (in my opinion).

Quaint Country Retreat

Enjoy the quiet of the country with the convenience of a short drive (5 miles) to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. It takes 15-20 minutes to get to UND and the Ralph Englestead Arena (anywhere in town, really). Accommodations include a 1930's country house with antique decor and lots of yard space. It's a private setting surrounded by trees.
