'Unexpected Cottage', a Fenland rural retreat

Detached large yet cosy 2 bedroom house in a hamlet in North Cambridgeshire, bordering Norfolk & Lincolnshire. 1 double bed & 2 single beds. Lounge, dining room & compact yet functional kitchen. 1 downstairs bathroom (towels NOT provided). This is an old farm cottage, and as such is quirky & a bit wonky! Secluded rear garden has a barbecue & outdoor furniture, but paths are quite uneven. Local pub within walking distance. Between Wisbech, the Capital of the Fens & March. 40 miles to the coast.

Placed on a no through road directly leading to the river tow path into the city making it perfect for cyclists. We are on the door step for Cambridge city, Science & Business Parks, Cambridge North Railway Station, Milton Country Park & walks along the River Cam. Free parking. Winding stairs lead up to the luxurious & cosy bedroom with a standard double bed & en-suite shower room. This is a non smoking cottage & parking is on the street in this safe & peaceful village.

Cottage in quiet village suitable for working away

This recently renovated property is located in Tottenhill. The popular village of Watlington is close by which has a shop, pub, fish and chips and train station! The property is smoke free and pet free. Please be aware the neighbours do have friendly dogs (they do not enter property). As this is a cottage we do have a dehumidifier, however, guests are more than welcome to turn this off. Tottenhill is a short drive from Downham Market and King's Lynn.
