Historic Georgian Flat with Community Garden

It's filled with light and spacious for a one bedroom apartment. It's filled with fun things that I have collected over the years, so it comes with bags of my personality! It's quiet - especially the bedroom which is located at the rear. I like cooking, so the kitchen is well-equipped. Bring your tunes - there is a nice Sony bluetooth speaker to connect with! Access all areas - I keep the cellar and a filing cabinet in the bedroom locked for my own bits and pieces though. On arrival, I prefer to meet my guests in person to get you settled and share my local recommendations that fit with your plans and timing. New Town is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and carefully protected from new development. It supports a lovely mix of residential property and boutique retailing, including tons of coffee shops, private galleries, restaurants, and interior design shops. Bus stop round the corner and tram stop 5 minutes away at St Andrews Square. 10 minutes walk to the main railway station, Edinburgh Castle and the very heart of Edinburgh. Taxi rank 5 minutes walk down Dundas Street and taxis usually available on the street too. Please note my TV works via the internet so you can view BBC iPlayer/Netflix/Amazon content only. The bed is a standard double i.e. 4 feet 6 inches wide and 6 feet 3 inches long (137 x 190 cm). The bed will be made up ready for your arrival including 4 feather pillows, a duvet and a warm throw. An allergy free pillow and a hot water bottle can be found in the chest of drawers. I supply two large towels, a hand towel, a dish towel and a bath mat for each booking.

Immaculate new build apartment (2019) which has been newly furnished and decorated to a high standard in January 2021. The apartment sits beneath Stirling Castle (15 minute walk), with a view toward the National William Wallace Monument (10 minute drive) and the stunning Ochil Hills. There is a large supermarket very close to the apartment (5 minute walk). The apartment is perfect for guests looking to visit Stirling and further afield for work or leisure. It is a lovely newly renovated self-contained annexe with private entrance close to Edinburgh Airport with easy access by train to Edinburgh (18 minutes) and Glasgow (50 minutes) from Uphall Station which is a short 15 minute walk from the property. Ideally located for guests attending Edinburgh Festival, The Royal Highland Show or Edinburgh's Hogmany party! Within short walking distance of popular wedding venue Houston House Hotel. Excellent for golfers with a variety of courses nearby.

Spacious garden flat with its own entrance, which is per garden off Belhaven Terrace Lane, postcode G12 9LZ). The cobbled lane has street lighting, a number of mews cottages and is widely used especially during the day. Living room/ kitchen has full cooking facilities as well as washing machine and iron/ board. Bedroom is split into main area and alcove with a mattress on floor, could be used by 3rd person (eg child) by agreement.
