Hello, we are Jessica and Charlotte, two qualified Yoga teachers who live and work in Dublin. We both graduated from our 200h Yoga Teacher Training in India, and have been learning and sharing our practice ever since. The Irish Refugee Council (IRC) is Ireland’s only national NGO which specialises in working with and for refugees in Ireland. Qué haremos

We will meet in in the center of Temple Bar, the buzzing cultural heart of Dublin. Our space is located inside the Rock&Roll Museum, so you will see cool and quirky stuff. After a quick introduction our class will start with a short meditation and some mindful breathing techniques. We will then move through different asanas to open up and find space, to increase our flexibility and strength, and…

Donde estarás

The space is on the first floor, no elevator. No parking. Center of Temple Bar, close to the 'Wall of Fame' and next to Siopaella Vintage Clothing. There is a bathroom, so it is possible to get changed onsite.
