Qué harás

We will take a delightful stroll through the beautiful streets of downtown Lancaster. You will discover a city of today, steeped in the history and traditions of over 250 years of America's colorful and exciting past. We will then visit the oldest settlement in Lancaster County, followed by a trip to one of our 29 iconic covered bridges for a picture, a drive-by of the farm where the movie "Witness" was filmed, and a visit to an Amish creamery where you'll get to interact with their animals and choose from more than a dozen homemade ice cream varieties (included in the cost). We will wrap up with a tour of a Amish farm where you can see their horses and homemade bird houses. Other things to note: *If you do not see a date on the calendar you want please email me! Market Days are Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday 6AM to 2PM. Also, effective 11/21/20 due to Covid-19, we will not be doing tours in vans. The first 3 people that book have the option to travel with me personally, and each subsequent group will join via Bluetooth in their own vehicle. When we are together at the various sites (including the 45 minute history walk of the city), we will be spread out. Thank you in advance for your understanding. The tour quality will not be compromised at all - everything we have done in the past will be done in the present, and my expectation remains to WOW you!

If you are looking for a true "experience" this is the tour for you. You won't see tourists - or tour buses for the entire excursion. We visit and experience the real and remote areas of Lancaster County that only locals know, well off the beaten path of a typical "tour". Our groups are small and we provide inside access and information not known to the public through relationships we have with the Amish and Mennonites here in Lancaster. We have Amish relatives, Mennonite roots, and are deeply connected to many people here in the county with a wealth of knowledge and information. We look forward to meeting you and introducing you to new cultures among many other gems and informative nuggets we hope you'll get from this experience!
