I'm going to share tips on various dishes, starting with how to prepare ingredients.
And I will share the recipes to make perfect Korean food.

We meet online, but it will feel like we actually meet and cook!
You don't have to be nervous even though it is your first time eating Korean food or cooking. I will cook with you step by step.

Let's enjoy the class and make friends.

Our Korean cooking class was on aired by major broadcasting stations (KBS, SBS, MBC, NHK, Gernmany, United Arab Emirates so on). I have a master’s degree (Korean traditional dietary lifestyle food) and doctor’s degree (Department of Culinary Science and Food Service Management) in the culinary field.

That was a great class! I enjoyed the resulting food itself and found cooking in company quite fun. The pace was good - we kept it moving with simple instructions and good classroom management over zoom. Good value for the experience from my perspective !

I had an amazing time learning to cook bibimbap and japchae with Minseon. She’s a great teacher and I’ll be joining more classes for sure! It’s a very nice way to escape from the lockdown while waiting to travel again. Thanks for this great online experience

Mineson was very organized, very clear on her instructions, and very fun fir our group to work with. And we loved the dishes she cooked with us!
