Mitten in der Natur und doch zentral (unweit von Aachen, Eupen, Maastricht, Lüttich) Wir vermieten auf unserem Hof (Eynattener Mühle) eine 70qm Wohnung mit seperatem Eingang, bestehend aus einer großen Wohn-Essküche, einem großen Schlafzimmer, einem kleinen Wohn-Schlafzimmer Einzelbett 185 x 85 (Klappbett 90x200 auf Anfrage) einem Badezimmer. Es ist Platz für 4 Erwachsene und 1 Baby (Babybett vorhanden). Ein Sitzplatz im Freien, direkt an der Göhle, steht unseren Gästen zur Verfügung.

Das Eifelloft21 steht oberhalb des charmanten kleinen Dörfchens Hammer. Es ist renoviert, aber der Charme des Holzhauses ist erhalten geblieben. Die Doppelhaushälfte bietet auf ca. 50 qm Platz für zwei Personen. Durch das offene Wohnkonzept hat man von überall einen sagenhaften Ausblick in die Natur, nur das WC ist mit einer Tür getrennt. Vom Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche betritt man den Balkon. Rursee, Hohe Venn und Monschau in der Nähe. Preis inkl. 5% Eifeler Übernachtungspauschale.

Ein geräumiger Kleiderschrank und ein historischer Schreibtisch komplettieren die Einrichtung. Das angrenzende großzügige Tageslicht-Badezimmer beeindruckt mit einer geräumigen Dusche und WC.

Our newly renovated apartment will welcome you. In a nice area surrounded by open fields and close to the historical center of the village our apartment is the perfect place to start or end the day. If you are interested in hiking, there is the new hiking route "Eifelsteig" only 500m from the apartment. The bus station to reach Aachen´s city center is just a 2 min walk away. Of course families with kids and/or pets are welcome too. Free parking for 1 car and WiFi is included.

Ayez le privilège de séjourner dans notre chalet sans voisins au coeur de la campagne dans un cadre calme et dans une ambiance chaleureuse, idéal pour se ressourcer. Un étang est présent et il peut être parcouru avec un pédalo en été. Il est indispensable de venir avec un véhicule équipé de pneus neige en cas de neige. Our cozy, lovingly decorated vacation apartment is part of our main house, which was completed in 2023. It has its own private entrance, a spacious patio with garden area, and a dedicated parking space. Upon request, bikes and similar items can be stored safely in a lockable garage right next to the parking spot.
