Spend a day on the lake and take advantage of your private dock (dock is seasonal due to winter water levels being low) Bring your boat (trailer parking on property) or use our kayaks to paddle around the cove. After your lake day, retreat to this cozy bungalow on a wooded lot. Grill-out and enjoy the outdoor eating area, sit by the fire or chill on the deck overlooking the lake. Close to boat ramps and marinas who offer gas dock, boat rentals and restaurants.

Peaceful Pond Retreat

Relax & take it easy at this newly remodeled and tranquil retreat. Enjoy the peace of being in the country right on a 17 acre pond stocked with bass, crappie, bluegill & catfish. Yet just 15 minutes from everything you could need. Fish all day, sleep in, create happy memories at the fire pit, enjoy the treehouse OR go out & explore the great many things to see & do in this area! This house is perfect for 2 couples but we will take up to 6 guests. Added fees for the 5th & 6th guests $25 pp/pn.

Serene lake views with your coffee from our large screened porch or sitting on our dock. Boating, and fishing are excellent.

Soak in the hot tub, bake a pizza in the wood-fired oven, snuggle in nest swing or stroll the river road to swim or kayak. Hike to Wolf Creek and pan for gold. Peace Barn Getaway is a private, cozy modern one-bedroom barn apartment tucked behind the main house, offering a peaceful rural escape but only 4 miles from town. The space includes one bedroom, one full bathroom, a kitchenette and a living area with a sofa that converts into a queen bed, comfortably sleeping up to 4 guests. Enjoy a small coffee bar, washer/dryer, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board. We are only 6.2 miles from UWG and 6.1 miles from South Wire Company.

Step into this spacious in-law suite, conveniently located 15 minutes from downtown Carrollton, UWG and the hospital. The suite is attached to the main house but has its own private entrance and studio-style layout with no shared indoor spaces. The suite is pet-friendly and perfect for travelers, couples, or small groups.

Relax with the family at this peaceful place to stay. This beautiful cozy cabin sleeps up to three people . It is stocked with everything you need inside including WiFi and cable TV. Our neighborhood is a quiet 55+ community, so please be respectful of our neighbors. Should you plan to have guest over who exceed the cabin's capacity, you must first notify the host and add them to the reservation. Pets are not allowed.
