Recommended 2-4 people, If you like hunting, fishing, kayaking, this is the spot for you! We have an off-road entrance to Sardis Lake an awesome secluded spot, relax and have fun! Bring your toys! This is a cozy cabin that has 1 queen, 1 full-size trundle bed, 1- couch bed all in one small 418 sqft studio, with very little privacy, perfect for couples or small family!

One Mile Lake House

A-Frame home in peaceful secluded cove, 1 mile from Sardis Dam and Marina, which host multiple fishing tournaments and other events. Off of I-55 South/North, with short drive to University of Miss. (Ole Miss) and Memphis TN. Wedding venue approx. 3 miles from residence, multiple other venues close by. Excellent stay for fishing trips, or wedding party. Mallard Point Golf Course approx 4 ml. Our lake house is located on the lower Sardis lake. Walk a few steps to fish for crappie, bass and catfish off the back deck. There are two grills outside with a fire pit and two bench swings for relaxing at night. This is a great place to stay for large families or two families or a big group. Oxford and Ole Miss are just a short drive away if you are looking to hang out in the grove for a football game or just want to go shop or eat in the historic square in Oxford.
