Romantic lake cabin for two, floating on our peaceful one-acre lake in ancient woodland. Relax by the cosy log burner, cook in the fully fitted kitchen, and wake to magical lake views from the bedroom. In spring, enjoy the woodland with bluebells and delicate flowers; summer brings long golden evenings over the lake, and autumn paints the trees in rich, vibrant colours. Step outside to gentle ripples, watch wildlife, or visit East Hoathly village with its café, shop, and pub just minutes away.

Alder Lodge at Sylen Lakes

Discover ‘Alder Lodge’ perched on the edge of a beautiful 4 acre lake. This stunning lodge, 1 of 3 on the grounds, is in the perfect location to explore the delights that Carmarthenshire has to offer. It is located on a 50 acre small holding encompassing two fully stocked lakes and luxury wedding venue in the scenic Gwendraeth Valley. Large deck and sun-loungers by the swimming pond. We use the garden too, it’s part of our home but there is plenty of opportunity for privacy.

Ancient Castle above the River Tweed

Mary Queen of Scot's chamber at Neidpath Castle is perhaps the most romantic place to stay in the Scottish Borders. Explore privately the whole castle and then retire to enjoy your suite rooms. The antique four poster bed, deep roll top bath and open fire evoke earlier times, but are truly comfortable and luxurious. An elegant table is set for breakfast. Peebles is 10 minutes walk away, with a host of shops and restaurants, as well as a museum and award winning chocolatier.

Only 5 minutes walk is the village of Kircubbin, where there are pubs, restaurants and a supermarket. With the water so close, wake up to the sounds, views & smell of the sea.

Come and stay in this truly tranquil setting, sleep in the super stylish, mirrored glass ÖÖD House, located next to a stunning wild swimming lake. Plunge into the crystal-clear water and then warm up in the divine wood fired hot tub or relax on the private jetty. Use of beautiful Finnish made sauna, with it's glass windows the overlook the lake. Stroll through the surrounding ancient woodland, lakes and vineyard. Meet the adorable alpacas, sheep and Po the pony.

Christmas Cabin - River View 10 mins from Bath

We have lovingly just converted this building into a highly unique 2 bedroom river fronted Cabin to excite and delight its guests. Situated less than 10 meters from the UK's oldest Brass Mill, skirting on the tranquil Mill Island with complimentary access to Kayaks, paddle boards and bikes and all being only a 10 minute drive into historic Bath's city centre. Pop your feet up with a glass of wine while the log burner crackles in the background.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
