It's a short walk to Beacons for a morning surf session. Spend the rest of the day grabbing a coffee with the locals at Coffee Coffee or a taco at the Taco Stand down the road. This bungalow is walking distance to it all while still being a private oasis. The house itself has a BBQ, outdoor firepit, and outdoor shower to fully enjoy the socal vibes.

Just a mile to the coast, the house is a 15-20 minute walk to the beach and a 25-minute walk into Encinitas, a classic beach surf town. The area is the quintessential 1960's beach town with restaurants within one block. We are pet friendly with pre approval and a pet fee of $150 per pet.
